WRZ Proportional Directional Valves

The Bosch Rexroth WRZ Proportional Directional Valves are pilot-operated, two-stage valves designed to precisely control the magnitude and direction of hydraulic fluid flow. These valves work by using a small proportional solenoid on the first stage to move a pilot spool, which in turn directs control oil to shift the main spool in the second stage. Their primary function is to provide proportional control of flow, meaning the amount of flow is directly proportional to the electrical input signal applied to the solenoid. Available in sizes 10 to 52 and rated for a high maximum operating pressure of 350 bar, the WRZ series is used for continuous, high-dynamic control of actuators in complex hydraulic circuits. They are often used with separate control electronics or, in the WRZE version, with integrated electronics (OBE) for a compact solution.
