The 4WRZE10W6-85-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1V valve is a proportional directional valve in the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It meters hydraulic oil to actuators according to an electronic command, enabling closed-loop speed or position control in automated machinery. The NG10 size defines its mounting interface and flow capability, and at a 10 bar differential the nominal flow reaches 85 L/min. The main stage tolerates system pressures up to 315 bar. An integrated amplifier converts a ±10 V command signal into spool displacement, while a 24 V DC supply energizes the solenoids. Continuous duty is possible with a 100 percent duty cycle. The valve mounts on subplates drilled to the ISO 4401-05-05-0-94 porting pattern for direct interchange with other NG10 components. Its electrical interface uses a DIN EN 175201-804 connector, and the assembled housing meets IP65 so dust and low-pressure water jets cannot enter when the plug is sealed. FKM elastomer seals resist mineral oils and elevated temperatures. A concealed manual override allows mechanical shifting of the spool without electrical power during service work. Coil insulation endures temperatures up to 150 °C, maintaining reliability in hot manifolds. The complete unit weighs 8.0 kg, a mass suitable for single-person handling during installation.
