Pilot pressure is stabilized by a ZDR 6 DP0-4X/40YM-W80 pressure reducing valve, keeping the control chamber at a fixed reference even when mains pressure varies. Port T tolerates back pressure up to 250 bar, whereas port Y is limited to 30 bar to safeguard the drain circuit. System builders can bolt the unit to manifolds machined to ISO 4401-08-07-0-94, which aligns all pressure, return, and pilot galleries in one plane and simplifies maintenance. Electrical parts are enclosed to IP65, so dust and water jets encountered near presses or test benches do not compromise solenoid performance.
