The contact surface on the manifold must remain flat within 0.01 mm per 100 mm to prevent internal leakage, and surface roughness is limited to Rzmax 4 to protect sealing edges. Flow passages to the actuator are dimensioned for 25 mm connections at ports A, B, and T, while port P uses a 24 mm diameter to match common pressure lines. These geometric limits and mounting conditions complete the requirements for proper installation and reliable operation in closed-loop hydraulic control systems.
