The 4WRZ25E1-220-7X/6EG24N9K4/D3V proportional directional valve is part of the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended to meter flow and direct hydraulic actuation in automated machinery. A coil resistance of 4.8 Ω at 20 °C restricts inrush current for stable energizing, while the resistance rising to 7.2 Ω at maximum temperature helps limit heat buildup during prolonged duty. The solenoid is rated for a 100 % duty cycle so it can remain energized without mandatory cooling pauses, and it accepts direct-current power to simplify driver electronics. A maximum coil temperature of 150 °C allows placement near hot manifolds, and the 1.5 A maximum current defines the upper boundary for the control card. The DIN EN 175301-803 electrical connector provides a standardized plug interface, and an IP65 protection class seals the coil housing against dust and water jets encountered in industrial plant environments. A maximum flow capacity of 870 l/min supports high-speed movement of sizable actuators, and a nominal flow of 220 l/min at a 10 bar pressure drop sets a reference point for predictable throttling performance. Pilot control requires 7 l/min of oil when moving from 0 % to 100 % command, and a pilot volume of 10 cm³ establishes the fluid mass that dictates step response time.
