The 4WRZE16W6-100-7X/6EG24N9ETK31/A1V proportional directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series and is applied to control direction and flow in hydraulic automation. It accepts a ±10 V command value input so analog control cards can vary spool position proportionally. The integrated electronics run on a 24 V DC supply, while a coil resistance of 2 Ω at 20 °C limits static power loss. Continuous operation draws a maximum of 1.8 A, and a 3 A power pulse is permitted for rapid spool transition at start-up. At a differential pressure of 10 bar the valve delivers a nominal flow rate of 100 l/min, which supports cylinders and motors of size 16 without excessive pressure drop. The assembly withstands main line pressures up to 350 bar, enabling use in high-pressure circuits. Maximum hysteresis is held to 6 percent to keep flow metering repeatable during bidirectional movements.
The unit carries an IP65 degree of protection, so its housing resists dust ingress and low-pressure water jets typical of industrial wash-downs. Electrical connection is made through a DIN EN 175201-804 plug, providing standardized mating with cable sets. Mounting uses the ISO 4401-07-06-0-94 port pattern, allowing direct installation on common size-16 subplates that weigh 13.6 kg. Ports A, B, P, and T have 20 mm diameters to match the rated flow, and the internal drain path limits port T pressure to 30 bar to protect the on-board electronics. FKM seals are fitted to tolerate mineral oils and many synthetic fluids encountered in mobile or factory hydraulics. A concealed manual override is included so maintenance staff can shift the spool mechanically without energizing the solenoid, while remaining protected against accidental actuation during normal service.
