FKM seals are fitted to tolerate common hydraulic fluids and elevated temperatures; the coil itself may reach 150 °C without exceeding design limits. External return-line pressure may also rise to 315 bar, matching the working ports and preventing unbalanced loading. The assembled valve weighs 8.0 kg, which is manageable for single-person installation yet provides sufficient mass to damp vibration in the manifold.
