The 4WRZ25E1-325-7X/6EG24N9ETK4/M valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series and controls actuator motion in hydraulic automation loops. A 24 V DC supply drives the solenoid so that it can be powered directly from common machine control rails. When measured at 20 °C the coil resistance is 4.8 Ω, and it increases to 7.2 Ω at elevated temperature to moderate current as the winding heats. The allowable coil temperature reaches 150 °C, and the 100 % duty cycle confirms that continuous energization will not exceed this limit. Current draw is capped at 1.5 A, simplifying sizing of the output stage on the drive card. Wiring is completed through a DIN EN 175301-803 connector, and the housing carries an IP65 rating to block dust and low-pressure water during exposed installation.

Service ports tolerate 350 bar, giving compatibility with high-pressure power units, and port T can return oil at up to 30 bar without excess leakage. A pilot oil flow of 7 l/min and a pilot chamber volume of 10 cm³ deliver a fast spool transition from 0 to 100 % command. A concealed manual override permits mechanical actuation when the control signal is absent, and the body weight of 18.2 kg must be considered when selecting manifold or sub-plate mounting hardware.
