The 4WRH25W8-220-7X//V proportional directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series. During operation the control stage may be loaded with a pilot pressure up to 25 bar, and the pilot drain line at port Y must stay below 30 bar to avoid distortion of spool control forces. A full command shift from 0 % to 100 % requires 7 l/min of pilot oil and displaces 10 cm³, figures that aid in pump and accumulator sizing. Total hysteresis is limited to 6 %, which supports consistent flow regulation, and no manual override is provided, eliminating unintended spool movement during maintenance. FKM seals withstand common hydraulic media, and the main valve must receive oil filtered to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to maintain accuracy and service life.
