The 4WRZ25E3-325-7X/6EG24N9EK4/V proportional directional valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series and is intended to meter flow and direct pressure in hydraulic automation circuits. A nominal flow of 325 l/min at a 10 bar differential gives the valve capacity to supply large actuators with minimal pressure loss. The main ports withstand up to 350 bar, allowing operation in high-pressure systems, while an internal pilot oil supply taps this same pressure so no external feed line is needed. Pilot oil is returned through an external drain, preventing pilot back-pressure from influencing spool stability. Port Y is limited to 30 bar, protecting the drain gallery from overload, and port T may see up to 250 bar so back-pressure in the return line does not force premature unloading. The ISO 4401-08-07-0-94 mounting pattern lets the unit fit standard subplates, and a mass of 18.2 kg must be supported when installing or servicing the assembly.
The electrical section drives the pilot spool with a cold coil resistance of 4.8 Ω, rising to 7.2 Ω when hot, so current draw remains predictable during warm-up. A maximum current of 1.5 A establishes the upper control limit for the proportional amplifier, and a 100 % duty cycle permits continuous energization without thermal rest periods. Maximum hysteresis is held to 6 % to maintain repeatable spool positioning across the control range. The DIN EN 175301-803 plug provides a defined interface for wiring, and a concealed manual override (code N9) allows the operator to shift the spool during commissioning or in the event of power loss. The enclosure meets IP65, blocking dust ingress and low-pressure water jets so the valve can be mounted on machinery exposed to wash-down or outdoor spray.
