The 4WRZ16W6-150-7X/6EG24N9ETK4/D3V proportional directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series. It meters hydraulic flow and controls actuator direction in automated circuits. The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-07-06-0-94 interface so it can replace standard CETOP size-07 hardware without re-machining. A nominal flow of 150 l/min at a 10 bar pressure drop enables medium-to-high throughput while the main stage tolerates up to 350 bar, allowing use in high-pressure power units. Port A, B, P, and T passages of 20 mm maintain low velocity losses across that flow range. Internal pilot oil supply and drain reduce external piping, and a pilot flow of 5.5 l/min across the full control stroke positions the spool accurately. The valve accepts mineral oil of the HL or HLP classes, works with viscosities from 20 to 380 mm²/s, and remains functional between −20 °C and +80 °C, supporting typical industrial fluid conditions.
Electrical connection is made through a DIN EN 175301-803 plug, and the solenoid draws no more than 1.5 A, simplifying drive electronics sizing. A concealed manual override permits technicians to shift the spool when power is absent without exposing the mechanism to contamination. The enclosure carries an IP65 rating, so dust ingress and low-pressure water jets will not affect operation when the connector is properly sealed. Return line capability is split: port T withstands 250 bar when routed externally but only 30 bar when returned internally, while port Y is limited to 30 bar; these limits guide reservoir line design. Combining these hydraulic boundaries with the electrical and mechanical features provides a proportional valve suited for compact installations that demand precise flow control and dependable environmental protection.
