The 4WRZ16E150-7X/6EG24N9ETK4/D3M proportional directional valve is part of the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series produced by Bosch Rexroth for closed-loop hydraulic automation. It controls actuator speed and direction, and its size 16 body accommodates a nominal flow of 150 l/min at a 10 bar differential. Installation follows the ISO 4401-07-06-0-94 interface so drop-in replacement on standard subplates is straightforward. The main stage withstands 350 bar, while the pilot stage takes oil internally for both supply and drain, designated ET, to simplify external piping. Pilot control is handled by a size 6 valve, and a D3 pressure-reducing element stabilizes pilot pressure for repeatable metering. An IP65 housing protects internal components against dust and low-pressure water jets, and NBR seals maintain fluid separation under standard mineral oil service. The return port tolerates internal T-line pressures up to 30 bar, allowing the valve to operate in circuits with moderate back-pressure. Overall mass is 13.4 kg when mounted on a subplate, which needs to be considered when sizing support structures.
