The 4WRZ25W8-325-7X/6EG24N9K4/V proportional directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series and directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It is built in valve size 25, and the W8 spool arrangement meters fluid for balanced transition between positions. At a differential pressure of 10 bar, the valve delivers a nominal flow of 325 l/min, while the body withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar. The mounting face follows the ISO 4401-08-07-0-94 pattern so it can be installed on standard subplates without adaptation. An FKM seal package resists aggressive fluids and elevated oil temperatures, and the return line through port T tolerates back-pressures as high as 250 bar.
The electromagnetic assembly is energized by a 24 V DC coil that presents 4.8 Ω resistance at 20 °C and accepts up to 1.5 A during control sequences. Continuous actuation is permitted because the solenoid is rated for a 100 percent duty cycle and its insulation system tolerates coil temperatures up to 150 °C. Electrical hookup is made through a plug to DIN EN 175301-803, and a concealed manual override lets technicians shift the spool during commissioning without removing the connector. Pilot control uses either internal or external supply and drain paths, and the integral pilot valve is size 6 to match common logic elements.
