The 4WRZ10E50-7X/6EG24N9ETK4/V-674 proportional directional valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series. It modulates hydraulic flow and direction in automated circuits. With a nominal size of 10, it delivers 50 l/min at a 10 bar differential pressure. The main stage permits up to 170 l/min. Main ports withstand 315 bar, while port Y is limited to 30 bar. Return flow routed internally to port t must also stay below 30 bar. Pilot supply and pilot drain are both taken internally, simplifying manifold design.
The proportional solenoid accepts up to 1.5 A and is rated for continuous 100 % duty, with coil resistance measuring 4.8 Ω when cold and 7.2 Ω when hot. It withstands coil temperatures to 150 °C without derating. Electrical hookup is provided through a DIN EN 175301-803 connector that secures the IP65 rating once the mating socket is installed. The assembled unit weighs 7.8 kg when mounted on a subplate, a consideration for handling during maintenance.
