It operates with mineral oil fluids of classes HL or HLP per DIN 51524 to match common industrial power units. Installation orientation is optional, though a horizontal position supports stable spool alignment during long duty cycles. The body follows the ISO 4401-05-05-0-94 mounting pattern so it can bolt directly to standard subplates. A mounting face flatness of 0.01 mm per 100 mm is required to prevent leakage, and surface roughness must stay below Rz 4 to protect the elastomers. NBR seals are fitted for compatibility with the specified media and temperature range. With a 10 bar differential it delivers a nominal flow of 85 L/min to actuators, while the main stage is rated for continuous pressures up to 315 bar.
System cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 20/18/15 on the main circuit and ISO 4406 18/16/13 on the pilot lines so the precision edges are not eroded by contamination. The pilot channel may be pressurized to a maximum of 25 bar, which is sufficient to shift the main spool without overstressing the solenoid assembly. Port Y is limited to 30 bar to safeguard the drain gallery, whereas port T can accept return pressures up to 315 bar for closed-loop installations. During command steps from 0 to 100 percent the pilot section draws about 3.5 L/min, and it must receive an external supply with an external drain to isolate it from tank fluctuations. All working ports a, b, p, t, and t1 share an 11 mm diameter to standardize tube connections and simplify manifold drilling.
