The 4WRZ25W8-325-7X/6EG24N9K4/M proportional directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series. It meters flow and directs pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic circuits. The valve achieves a nominal flow of 325 l/min when the pressure drop across the metering section is 10 bar and can pass up to 870 l/min at maximum spool opening. A main stage pressure rating of 350 bar permits use in high-pressure supply lines. The supply port is 24 mm in diameter, while each A, B, and T port is machined to 25 mm, allowing balanced line sizing throughout the manifold. An external drain through port T may be subjected to 250 bar without damage, providing flexibility for remote tank routing. The mounting face follows ISO 4401-08-07-0-94, so it fits standard subplates for size 25 cavities.
For electrical actuation, the solenoid draws up to 1.5 A during full command and can operate continuously with a 100 % duty cycle. The coil resistance measures 4.8 Ω at 20 °C and rises to 7.2 Ω when the winding reaches its maximum operating temperature. A maximum coil temperature of 150 °C is permitted, so thermal limits are not reached under normal cabinet ventilation. Connection is made through a DIN EN 175301-803 plug, and when the associated socket is fitted the enclosure attains an IP65 rating against dust and water jets. Port Y, used for internal pilot drain, may be pressurized to 30 bar without affecting spool positioning. The assembled valve weighs 18.2 kg, which should be considered when sizing mounting hardware and support brackets.
