The 4WRZE10E85-7X/6EG24N9ETK31/A1D3M valve belongs to the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series and is built by Bosch Rexroth for precise hydraulic automation. It directs flow proportionally in response to control electronics used in closed-loop motion systems. An analog command input of ±10 V defines the spool position and therefore the metered flow. The solenoid stage is powered from a 24 V DC supply. A coil resistance of 2 Ω at 20 °C sets the base current when energized. During actuation the electronics can deliver a 3 A power pulse to shift the spool rapidly. Continuous holding requires only 1.8 A, matching the specified OBE current consumption. A 100 % duty cycle permits uninterrupted modulation without thermal derating. Electrical hookup is made through a DIN EN 175201-804 connector, and a concealed manual override permits local movement of the spool during commissioning or power loss.
The main stage tolerates operating pressures up to 315 bar. Because the drain path is internal, port T must not exceed 30 bar. At a 10 bar differential the valve can pass a nominal flow of 85 l/min. HL or HLP hydraulic oils conforming to DIN 51524 are approved for use with the sealing materials. Pilot oil supply is internal, eliminating external pilot lines. Pilot oil drain is also internal, simplifying manifold layout. An IP65 rating protects the electrical enclosure against dust ingress and low-pressure water jets. The assembled unit weighs 8.0 kg, so the mounting surface must support that mass under service conditions.
