The 4WRZE16W6-150-7X/6EG24ETK31/A1D3M proportional directional valve belongs to the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series and is built by Bosch Rexroth for closed-loop hydraulic automation. It directs and meters flow through a W6 spool that achieves a nominal flow of 150 l/min when the differential pressure is 10 bar. The integrated electronics accept a ±10 V analog command signal under option A1, while the power stage runs from a 24 V DC supply and can deliver up to 2.5 A to the solenoids to obtain full spool displacement. A size 6 pilot valve actuates the main stage; both the pilot oil supply and the pilot oil drain are routed internally to eliminate external lines. The valve mounts on subplates that follow the ISO 4401-07-06-0-94 pattern, and the complete assembly for subplate mounting weighs 13.6 kg.
During operation the main stage withstands system pressures up to 350 bar, and total hysteresis remains at or below 6 % to support precise positioning of hydraulic actuators. Electrical interface is provided through a connector conforming to DIN EN 175201-804, and the housing carries an IP65 protection class so the electronics are guarded against dust ingress and water jets. NBR sealing elements contain the working fluid across the temperature range common in industrial equipment. Pilot pressure is stabilized by a built-in pressure reducing valve designated ZDR 6 DP0-4X/40YM-W80, allowing consistent control behavior even with fluctuating supply pressure. These characteristics combine to deliver repeatable flow control in automated presses, molding machines, and similar systems.
