The 4WRZE25E325-7X/6EG24N9EK31/A1D3V proportional directional valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series. It regulates actuator motion in hydraulic automation by metering oil flow according to an electronic command. The valve handles a nominal flow of 325 l/min at a 10 bar differential and withstands a main pressure of 350 bar. On-board electronics accept a ±10 V reference and draw up to 1.8 A from a 24 VDC supply. The unit bolts to manifolds with the ISO 4401-08-07-0-94 interface, positioning its size 6 pilot valve for compact installation. Pilot oil is supplied internally and drained externally, which stabilizes spool operation and keeps return lines clean. A ZDR 6 DP0-4X/40YM-W80 pressure reducing valve is fitted in the pilot stage to maintain consistent control pressure. A concealed manual override allows local actuation during setup or power loss. Port Y can be pressurized to 30 bar without impairing function, and FKM seals provide chemical resistance to common hydraulic fluids at elevated temperatures.
