The 4WRZ25E3-325-7X/6EG24N9ETK4/D3V is a proportional directional valve manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series. It meters hydraulic flow for automated actuators in high-pressure systems. Valve size 25 defines the flow gallery dimensions and supports a nominal flow of 325 l/min when the pressure drop is 10 bar. Channels p, a, and b may be pressurized up to 350 bar, enabling use in heavy-duty circuits. Pilot oil supply and drain are both internal, removing the need for external lines and simplifying installation. Electrical control is provided by a 24 V DC solenoid rated for a maximum current of 1.5 A, allowing direct connection to common machine controllers. The copper winding presents a resistance of 4.8 Ω at 20 °C, permitting temperature calculations for duty-cycle limits, and it can reach 150 °C without loss of insulation integrity. Power is supplied through a DIN EN 175301-803 rectangular connector that streamlines maintenance swaps. Housing and connector achieve an IP65 ingress protection rating, keeping dust and low-pressure jets of water away from internal parts. The T-port can withstand 30 bar when the drain is internal, and the Y-port is also limited to 30 bar, which prevents damage to the tank return paths. Combined, these electrical and pressure ratings ensure stable spool positioning under varying load conditions.
