Its proportional solenoid has a coil resistance of 4.8 Ω at 20 °C, and when powered with direct-current supply the coil draws no more than 1.5 A, giving predictable heat rise and force output. The electrical feed comes through a DIN EN 175301-803 connector for quick replacement in the field. Control electronics must provide a DC signal because the valve is rated for that voltage type only. The unit is designed for mineral oil of the HL or HLP grades per DIN 51524, with acceptable kinematic viscosity up to 380 mm²/s, so standard machine fluids are compatible. Continuous service is permitted between −20 °C and 80 °C fluid temperature, extending use from cold starts to warm reservoirs. Maximum hysteresis is 6 %, which limits flow deviation during spool reversals and keeps axis motion repeatable.
