The 4WRZE25W8-325-7X/6EG24N9TK31/A1D3V proportional directional valve is part of the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and directs hydraulic flow for automated machinery. It operates from a 24 V DC supply and responds to a ±10 V command signal for spool positioning. The coil has a 2 Ω resistance at 20 °C, drawing 1.8 A in continuous service, while a 3 A power-pulse current is available for fast switching. Connection is provided through a DIN EN 175201-804 plug, and the enclosure carries an IP65 rating to resist dust and water jets. The coil winding can reach 150 °C without degradation, supporting use in high-temperature hydraulic blocks.
The valve withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar and permits a maximum main flow of 870 l/min through the body. At a 10 bar differential it delivers a nominal flow of 325 l/min to maintain stable actuator speed. Pilot control oil demand is 7 l/min for a full stroke, with 10 cm³ displaced during that movement. Internal pressures at port T and port Y are limited to 30 bar to protect the return and drain passages. The assembly mounts on a size 25 subplate and weighs 18.4 kg, so manifold supports must accommodate this mass.
