It mounts on a subplate, and the ISO 4401-08-07-0-94 porting pattern aligns the valve with standard manifold blocks used in industrial power units. A nominal flow rating of 325 l/min at a 10 bar differential supports steady actuator motion, while the main stage can pass up to 870 l/min during peak demand. Continuous operation at 350 bar operating pressure permits placement in high-pressure supply lines, and hysteresis held to 6 percent or less sustains precise proportional response. Each spool shift consumes 10 cm³ of pilot oil, limiting control energy, and only mineral oil in the HL or HLP classes should be used, kept at cleanliness class 20/18/15 to protect the metering edges.
The pilot network must not exceed 25 bar, matching the maximum pilot pressure that safeguards the control stage from overload. Drain port Y withstands 30 bar so back-pressure in external drains will not compromise sealing. When port T is connected to an external drain the return line may reach 250 bar, whereas an internal drain configuration limits return pressure to 30 bar, letting designers select a layout that fits tank conditions. Flow paths to the actuator are bored to 25 mm on ports A, B, and T to minimize pressure losses, and the supply port P is 24 mm to balance inlet velocity with compact envelope dimensions. NBR seals isolate the mineral oil from ambient air and maintain compatibility with the specified fluid group.
