The 4WRH25E325-7X//V valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series. It meters hydraulic flow and direction in automated actuators using an electro-hydraulic spool. The mounting interface follows ISO 4401-08-07-0-94 so it can bolt directly to a standardized subplate. Mounting surface flatness must not exceed 0.01 mm per 100 mm, and surface roughness must remain under Rz 4 to avoid internal leakage. Installation orientation is optional, allowing flexible manifold layouts. An FKM seal set withstands common hydraulic fluids and elevated temperatures. The pressure inlet port marked P is machined to 24 mm, while the work and tank ports marked A, B, and T measure 25 mm to match high-capacity lines.
The valve delivers a nominal flow of 325 l/min at a 10 bar differential and can reach 870 l/min when fully opened, enabling rapid cylinder motion in large presses. The main stage tolerates operating pressures up to 350 bar, while the pilot stage limits supply to 25 bar to protect control components. Pilot control requires 7 l/min of oil and 10 cm³ of volume for a full 0 to 100 percent command step, giving fast response without excess consumption. Port Y may see up to 30 bar, and return pressure on port T is restricted to 30 bar with an internal drain or 250 bar when an external drain is used. These limits safeguard spool balance and prevent back-pressure induced malfunction.
