The 4WRZE16W8-150-7X/6EG24N9K31/A1D3V proportional directional valve is part of the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is used to control flow and direction in hydraulic automation. The valve is built in nominal size 16 to fit mid-range flow circuits. At a pressure drop of 10 bar it delivers a nominal flow of 150 l/min. The integrated electronics accept a ±10 V command signal for spool positioning, and an internal supply line requires 24 V DC. Coil resistance is 2 Ω at 20 °C, while current draw is limited to 1.8 A. Thermal endurance allows a coil temperature up to 150 °C before derating. Electrical connection is provided through a DIN EN 175201-804 plug.
The hydraulic section tolerates a main pressure of 350 bar. During full-stroke operation the pilot stage circulates 5.5 l/min of oil and displaces 4.6 cm³ to drive the spool. Installation follows the ISO 4401-07-06-0-94 mounting pattern so it can share manifolds with other compatible valves. The design works with mineral oil classified as HL or HLP, and dynamic seals are made from FKM to handle heat and additives. With the correct cable socket the enclosure reaches IP65, protecting internal parts from dust and water jets. The fully assembled valve weighs 13.6 kg, allowing single-person handling during maintenance.
