The 4WRZ16W6-150-7X/6EG24N9K4/M proportional directional valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WRZ Proportional Directional Valves series and is used to control flow and direction in hydraulic automation circuits. It attaches to the hydraulic manifold through the ISO 4401-07-06-0-94 mounting interface and passes a nominal flow of 150 l/min at a 10 bar differential. The main stage withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar, while port T accepts return pressures to 250 bar and port Y is limited to 30 bar. During a full 0-100 percent command the pilot section draws 5.5 l/min and displaces 4.6 cm³ of oil. Including its size 16 subplate, the valve weighs 13.4 kg.
The solenoid system runs from a 24 V DC supply through a DIN EN 175301-803 connector, drawing up to 1.5 A with a coil resistance of 4.8 Ω measured at 20 °C. Continuous service is possible because the coil tolerates temperatures to 150 °C and is rated for a 100 percent duty cycle. The housing carries an IP65 protection rating to block dust ingress and low-pressure water jets, making the unit suitable for exposed machinery. Fluid containment relies on NBR seals, which are compatible with common mineral-based hydraulic oils.
