Hy-Check Valves

The Bosch Rexroth Hy-Check Valves are pilot-operated check valves designed for subplate mounting or threaded connections in hydraulic systems. They work by using a check valve cartridge to block flow in one direction in a leakage-free manner. Flow is permitted in the blocked direction only when a hydraulic pilot signal is applied to a separate port, which shifts the internal spool to unseat the check valve. The key function is to provide leakage-free blocking and holding of hydraulic actuators in position when the directional valve is centered or the system is shut down. They are available with internal or external pilot oil drain and an optional pre-opening feature for dampened pressure release.
