The SV20PA2-4X/ valve is part of the Hy-Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended to lock hydraulic actuators until pilot pressure is applied. It uses a subplate mounting connection and follows the ISO 5781-08-10-0-16 porting pattern, matching common NG20 manifolds for nominal size 20 circuits. Flow from port A to port B passes freely, whereas reverse flow from B to A is possible only after pilot actuation. Internal pilot oil return eliminates external drain plumbing, and the pilot volume at port X is 10.8 cm³, defining the oil quantity needed to shift the poppet. A pre-opening feature works with a fixed 5.0 bar cracking pressure to begin flow gradually and limit pressure shocks. System filtration must achieve ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 to protect internal sealing surfaces.
