During service the valve withstands operating pressures up to 315 bar, and its pilot stage tolerates identical 315 bar signals to guarantee consistent closing force in high-pressure circuits. A minimum pilot pressure of 5 bar is required to shift the poppet, providing reliable override even in low-pressure standby modes. The hydraulic passage supports flows to 550 l/min so large actuators can recharge quickly. Viscosity limits from 2.8 mm²/s to 500 mm²/s permit use with common mineral oils across cold-start and heated conditions. Port Y contains 17.5 cm³ of pilot oil volume, reducing surge when the pilot line vents. Total mass is 7.8 kg, which assists stable mounting in manifolds without extra support.
