The SL10PB2-4X/ check valve belongs to the Hy-Check Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth and is applied in hydraulic automation to block or release flow according to pilot input. Its nominal size of NG10 sets the passage area for system flow rates, while subplate mounting with the ISO 5781-06-07-0-16 porting pattern allows direct installation on standardized manifolds. Flow moves freely from port A to port B and is blocked in the reverse direction until the pilot opens the valve, satisfying circuits that need load holding. A cracking pressure of 3.0 bar defines the point at which the poppet lifts when forward flow starts, and a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar supports high-pressure lines. The valve can be mounted in any position to match various layouts, and it accepts hydraulic fluids with viscosities up to 500 mm²/s.
Pilot control requires a minimum of 5 bar and can reach 350 bar, with the pilot oil returned externally to avoid back-pressure in the control chamber. The control circuit must be able to deliver 2.5 cm³ to port X and 2.0 cm³ to port Y so the poppet can shift fully. Hydraulic media may reach temperatures up to 80 °C, and cleanliness has to meet 20/18/15 under ISO 4406 to keep internal surfaces free of silt. The subplate version weighs 1.8 kg, permitting manual handling during assembly or maintenance.
