The SV10PA1-4X/ POC 06 Subplate Mount valve belongs to the Hy-Check Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It is a hydraulic check valve designed to permit free flow from port A to port B while allowing reverse flow only when a pilot signal opens the poppet, making it suitable for load holding and circuit isolation tasks. The unit is built for circuits with a nominal size of 10 (NG10) and installs on a subplate according to porting pattern ISO 5781-06-07-0-16, which standardizes interface dimensions across manifolds. A cracking pressure of 1.5 bar establishes the pressure at which the poppet starts to lift for forward flow, and a pre-opening feature reduces dynamic shock when flow begins. The valve withstands a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar so it can be placed in high-pressure supply lines. During normal operation the flow path A→B is unrestricted, whereas flow from B→A is blocked until pilot actuation occurs.
Pilot-controlled reversal uses control area A1 of 1.33 cm² and control area A3 of 3.8 cm² to generate the differential forces required for poppet movement; the related pilot chamber on port X holds 2.5 cm³ of oil. Pilot oil returns internally, eliminating the need for an external drain line. Cleanliness class ISO 4406 20/18/15 defines the allowable contamination level of the hydraulic fluid, helping to protect the sealing edges and maintain the device’s mean time to dangerous failure, which is rated at 150 years. The valve may be mounted in any position, and four mounting bolts tightened to 58 Nm secure it to the subplate and guarantee leak-free operation. A total weight of 1.8 kg permits straightforward handling during installation and service.
