The SV30PB1-4X/ is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Hy-Check Valves series and is intended for blocking flow in hydraulic automation circuits until a defined pressure is reached. It installs with subplate mounting in an NG32 interface that follows the ISO 5781-09-13-0-16 porting pattern. The valve tolerates operating pressures as high as 315 bar while permitting a maximum flow of 550 l/min. It opens only after a 2.5 bar cracking pressure is met, and it has no pre-opening feature, so the seat stays closed below that threshold. Pilot oil returns internally, and the pilot pressure must lie between 5 bar and 315 bar to guarantee reliable actuation.
Four defined control areas govern pilot force distribution: A1 is 5.72 cm², A2 is 1.33 cm², A3 is 16.61 cm², and A4 is 1.54 cm². A control volume of 19.27 cm³ at port X must be filled to shift the poppet through its full stroke. The associated subplate weighs 7.8 kg, which influences manifold support requirements. Together, the area ratios, control volume, and internal pilot return ensure that the valve closes securely at rest and opens promptly once pilot pressure exceeds the minimum value.
