The SV10PA1-4X/V is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Hy-Check Valves series and serves as a pressure-controlled flow element in automated hydraulic circuits. It is built for NG10 cavities and attaches through subplate mounting, allowing straightforward integration into standard manifold layouts. Flow opens when the cracking pressure reaches 1.5 bar, letting downstream devices receive fluid only after this threshold. The unit supports any installation position so designers have layout flexibility. Sealing surfaces use FKM to handle aggressive fluids and elevated temperatures. Internal passages provide a control area of 1.33 cm² at A1 and 0.33 cm² at A2, enabling differential pilot action for reliable poppet movement. Pilot oil returns internally, eliminating the need for an external drain line.
For higher load states the additional control area A3 is 3.8 cm², permitting a larger hydraulic force to shift the element when full system pressure is present. The housing withstands a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar, matching the maximum pilot pressure rating of 350 bar so both main and pilot stages share the same limit. When the circuit is de-energized the poppet remains closed until pilot pressure reaches the 5 bar minimum, preventing unintended flow under low signal conditions. Pilot actuation displaces 2.5 cm³ of oil from port X, data that helps size control lines and determine response time.
