The SV15GA4-4X/12 valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the Hy-Check Valves series and supports hydraulic automation by preventing unintended backflow. It is built in nominal size 16, so the flow path fits medium-capacity lines. The body connects with a threaded interface that uses the UNF/UN profile defined in ANSI/ASME B1.1, making it easy to screw into standard blocks. When opened, flow can move from port A to port B or from port B to port A, and the poppet remains shut until a 10 bar cracking pressure is reached. The main flow path withstands continuous pressures up to 315 bar, and the pilot circuit tolerates the same 315 bar maximum while requiring at least 5 bar for actuation. Pilot oil drains internally, so no separate return connection is needed, and the pilot chamber holds 10.8 cm³ of oil to maintain consistent response times.
