The SCA16CZ2X/M check valve belongs to the Hy-Check Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for blocking and releasing flow in hydraulic automation circuits. It is supplied in size 16, and its 6.0 kg mass suits manifold assemblies where compact weight is still important. The valve controls both service lines A and B so actuators are held in position when the pilot signal is absent. A service port pressure capacity of 315 bar allows it to withstand the working pressure of high-energy cylinders, and the pilot ports accept the same 315 bar to enable reliable remote release. Drain ports y1 and y2 are limited to 30 bar, which prevents excessive back-pressure on the internal seat. A sandwich plate mounting type lets the SCA16CZ2X/M be stacked between subplates without extra piping, and the mounting interface follows DIN 24340-A, ISO 4401, and CETOP RP121H patterns for interchangeability. Two dedicated return ports, T1 and T2, route leakage directly to the tank and stabilize housing pressure. An operating fluid temperature range of −20 to +70 °C supports equipment exposed to normal industrial ambient conditions, while a viscosity window of 15 to 380 mm²/s permits use with standard hydraulic oils across cold start and full load. NBR seals are used to resist mineral oil swelling. The main service ports are sealed by R-rings sized 22.53 × 2.3 × 2.62, delivering compression suited to the port diameter, and R-rings on pilot and drain connections measure 10 × 2.0 × 2.0 to maintain tightness in the smaller passageways.
