The SV30GB2-4X/V/12 check valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the Hy-Check Valves series. It is installed in hydraulic automation circuits to block or release flow in response to a remote pilot signal. The nominal size is 32, giving it a flow path sized for large manifold cavities. A maximum operating pressure of 315 bar permits use on medium-pressure power units. Flow is free from port A to port B once a 5 bar differential is reached, while reverse flow from B to A occurs only after pilot actuation. The valve carries up to 550 l/min to accommodate high actuator speeds. Pilot oil enters through a 7/16-20 UNF port, returns internally, and can be applied at 5 to 315 bar.
The hydraulic fluid temperature may range from −15 to +80 °C, so the unit functions in both cold and warm environments. Acceptable viscosity covers 2.8 to 500 mm²/s, allowing use with light or heavy oils. System cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to protect the internal sealing edges. Main ports A and B are cut to a 1 7/8-12 UN thread for direct mounting into standardized blocks. The design is specified without pre-opening, meaning the poppet stays closed until the stated cracking pressure is achieved. Sealing elements are made from FKM, offering compatibility with synthetic and high-temperature fluids.
