The SCA25AZ2X/M check valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the Hy-Check Valves series and serves to control reverse flow in hydraulic automation assemblies. It follows a sandwich plate design that slips into a valve stack without extra piping, and it mates to manifolds through the ISO 4401 / CETOP RP 121 H interface. The unit is supplied in nominal size 25 so passage dimensions match medium flow machines, and it acts on controlled line A to permit or block flow to that service port. Installation position is unrestricted to aid flexible layout in vertical or horizontal stacks. The valve weighs 11.3 kg, which must be considered when supporting a multi-layer sub-plate. Sealing at ports A2, b2, p2, and t2 relies on an R-ring measuring 27.8 × 2.6 × 3.0 mm to maintain leak-tight joints under load.
System limits for the SCA25AZ2X/M reach 315 bar on ports a1, a2, b1, and b2, while the pilot passages x1 and x2 tolerate the same 315 bar to guarantee reliable opening. Maximum flow is 325 L/min, a rate suitable for large actuator circuits, and the drain channels y1 and y2 are restricted to 30 bar to protect the housing. When shifting, the valve consumes 2.5 L/min of pilot oil that is relieved directly to tank. Mineral oil grades HL and HLP are the primary hydraulic media, and phosphate ester fluid of type HFD-R can be used as an alternate when fire resistance is required. Dynamic sealing is provided by NBR material that balances elasticity with fluid compatibility, and the pilot cover uses an R-ring sized 19 × 3.0 × 3.0 mm to secure that interface without external leakage.
