ELM eLion Power Cables

The ELM eLion Power Cables series is a family of high-voltage single-core power cables for connecting Bosch Rexroth eLION inverters to motors and power distribution units in off-highway electric drive systems. The series includes AC motor-phase cables for U, V, and W connections as well as DC link cables for DC+ and DC− connections, with phase-specific coding and color identification to reduce connection errors during installation. Across the range, the cables are available with 35 mm² and 70 mm² conductor cross-sections, support voltage levels up to 1000 V, and use connector, cable lug, or cable gland configurations depending on the motor or power-distribution interface. The cable construction is designed for field use with orange high-voltage identification, mechanical protection, EMC-oriented shielding, HVIL support, and resistance to environmental influences such as weathering, oil, fuel, hydrolysis, abrasion, and elevated temperature. The series is intended to provide the main AC and DC power connections within the eLION drivetrain while supporting robust installation in demanding mobile-machine environments.
