The ELM1-63W1-LSW-NN power cable is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the ELM eLion Power Cables series and routes drive energy to electrically operated components in hydraulic automation systems. A conductor cross-section of 35 mm² allows the cable to deliver the current required by high-torque eLION motors while limiting voltage drop. Matching this conductor, the contact size is also 35 mm² so the mating terminals can handle the same load without overheating. The single-core layout reduces electromagnetic coupling to adjacent lines and simplifies harness construction. Phase designation ELS-CN5*W* in red identifies the lead during installation and maintenance. At the inverter end a straight connector in the standard position mates directly with eLION inverters, eliminating angled adapters and reducing overall bend stress.

Leak-tight performance is rated to IP6K7 and IP6K9K, preventing water or dust ingress when the machine operates in wet cleaning cycles or dusty worksites. A protective pipe is fitted over the cable to shield the jacket from abrasion and stone impact in mobile equipment. On the motor side a straight power distribution connector interfaces with the eLION motor, enabling quick field replacement without special tools. Continuous operation is approved from -40 °C to +125 °C so the insulation remains stable from winter cold starts to elevated engine-bay temperatures, and storage between -20 °C and +65 °C avoids material degradation in spare-part inventories.
