The ELM1-27V1-NSW-NN power cable belongs to the ELM eLion Power Cables series from Bosch Rexroth and routes electrical energy between an inverter and motor-driven hydraulic pumps or fans. A conductor cross-section of 70 mm² minimizes voltage drop under high current, and the single-core layout reduces electromagnetic coupling in compact mobile machinery. Terminations use contacts sized for 70 mm² conductors so the full ampacity is preserved at both ends. A straight connector in the standard position mates with the inverter faceplate to maintain direct cable entry, while a factory-installed protection pipe guards the sheath against abrasion in harsh off-road environments.

Ingress protection rated at IP6K7 and IP6K9K keeps the assembly sealed during temporary immersion or high-pressure wash-downs common to hydraulic service vehicles. Installation is eased by a minimum bend radius of four times the cable diameter, allowing tight routing without damaging the insulation. Power reaches the motor through an M25 gland equipped with a ring cable lug that bolts directly to the eLION distribution block. Green insulation marked with phase code ELS-CN5*V* supports fast phase identification. The jacket tolerates torsional motion up to ±10 degrees per meter, and storage temperatures from −20 to 65 °C ensure the cable remains dimensionally stable during transport and long-term warehousing.
