The ELM1-67Y1-NSW-NN power cable is part of the ELM eLion Power Cables series produced by Bosch Rexroth for supplying electrical energy to electric motors that drive hydraulic pumps and valves. A conductor cross-section of 70 mm² carries the high currents required in mobile hydraulic automation while keeping voltage drop low. Matching 70 mm² contacts eliminate bottlenecks at the terminations so the full conductor capacity is available. The cable uses a single-core layout, simplifying routing through machine frames and reducing magnetic coupling with adjacent runs. Insulation is made from a radiation crosslinked copolymer that resists heat and mechanical stress, and the outer jacket is formed from radiation crosslinked polyolefin to provide additional abrasion protection in off-road or industrial environments.

A straight connector in the standard position is fitted at the inverter end, allowing the cable to exit the drive enclosure without a bend and easing cabinet layout. On the motor side a straight connector mates with the eLION motor power distribution port, creating a direct path for current into the actuator. A factory-installed cable protection pipe surrounds the assembly to guard it against impacts and rubbing along hydraulic cylinders or frame members. Phase identification follows the ELS-CN5*Y* code and the insulation is colored black, so technicians can assign phases quickly when multiple cables are bundled together.
