The ELM1-63X2-LSW-NN power cable belongs to the ELM eLion Power Cables series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It carries drive current from an inverter to an electrically driven pump used in hydraulic automation loops. A single-core layout with a stranded copper conductor maximizes current density while limiting bending stress, and the conductor cross section is 35 mm² so voltage drop remains low on long runs. Contact areas are sized for the same 35 mm² to maintain consistent ampacity at terminations. Electrical insulation is provided by a radiation-crosslinked copolymer that resists heat generated during continuous duty. Outside that layer, a radiation-crosslinked polyolefin jacket shields the core from abrasion and fluids common around hydraulic manifolds.

An angular 90° connector in the standard position mates with the inverter, while a straight connector attaches to the eLION motor to simplify routing through compact power-train bays. A cable protection pipe is included to guard the assembly against mechanical impact as the machine articulates. Circuit identification is handled by the ELS-CN5*X* phase code, which is color-marked orange for quick visual tracing during service.
