The ELM1-63Y1-LSW-NN power cable is part of the ELM eLion Power Cables series from Bosch Rexroth. It transfers electrical energy between an inverter and an eLION motor that drives hydraulic pumps and valves in mobile automation. A conductor cross-section of 35 mm² carries the required current with low resistive loss, and contact lugs of 35 mm² ensure the termination can handle the same load. The single-core layout simplifies routing through frame channels and limits electromagnetic coupling. A cable protection pipe is fitted to guard the jacket against abrasion. Phase identification follows the ELS-CN5*Y* code in black insulation so technicians can assign phases quickly during installation.

Minimum bending radius is four times the outer diameter, allowing frequent movement without damaging the conductor when the harness follows articulated machine sections. Radiation-crosslinked copolymer insulation maintains dielectric strength in the presence of heat and hydraulic oil. The outer jacket is made of radiation-crosslinked polyolefin, adding mechanical toughness for off-road service. A straight connector on the inverter side sets the cable in the standard position to reduce strain inside compact drives. The motor end uses a straight connector that mates directly with the eLION power distribution port, eliminating adapter parts and keeping installation time short.
