The ELM1-27U1-NSN-NN power cable is part of the ELM eLion Power Cables series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for supplying energy between an inverter and electro-hydraulic drives in mobile automation systems. A conductor cross-section of 70 mm² carries high current with limited voltage drop, which supports efficient pump or fan operation. The cable uses a single-core layout to minimize electromagnetic coupling with adjacent control wires. A straight connector at the inverter end keeps routing in line with cabinet walls and maintains the standard mounting position. On the motor side, an M25 gland with a ring cable lug delivers strain relief and a low-resistance connection to the eLion motor power bus. Phase identification follows the ELS-CN5*U* code, and the yellow insulation aids quick visual assignment during multi-phase installation.

The contact lugs are also rated at 70 mm² so the termination does not restrict current flow relative to the conductor. Leak-tightness up to IP6K7/IP6K9K prevents dust ingress and withstands high-pressure cleaning, which is common on hydraulic equipment exposed to mud or spray. Because the assembly is supplied without a cable protection pipe, installers can pull it through tight chassis spaces but may need external conduit in abrasive zones. A minimum bend radius of four times the outer diameter guards against conductor fatigue when the harness is routed around structural members. The allowable storage temperature from –20 °C to +65 °C keeps the elastomer jacket within its mechanical limits during transport or spare-part warehousing.
