The ELM1-63Y2-LSW-NN power cable belongs to the ELM eLion Power Cables series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It delivers inverter output to eLion motors that drive hydraulic pumps, giving a compact power path for automated hydraulic machinery. The cable uses a single-core layout, which simplifies impedance control and minimizes phase imbalance in high current circuits. A conductor cross section of 35 mm² allows the cable to carry the continuous current required by medium-power pump drives without excessive temperature rise. Its 12.7 mm outer diameter permits tight routing through machine frames while still providing the needed insulation thickness. A factory-installed cable protection pipe shields the sheath from mechanical wear in moving or exposed cable chains.

For cabinet integration, the cable terminates at the inverter side with a 90° angular connector in the standard position so the bend radius remains inside enclosure limits and strain on the coupling is reduced. At the motor end, a straight connector engineered for the eLION motor offers direct insertion and avoids additional adapters in confined pump housings. The contact system shares the same 35 mm² geometry as the conductor, keeping electrical resistance low at both interfaces. A black phase code labeled ELS-CN5*Y* marks the lead for immediate phase identification during installation and maintenance, reducing wiring errors in multi-cable hydraulic power distribution assemblies.
