The ELM1-73U2-LSW-NN power cable belongs to the ELM eLion Power Cables series from Bosch Rexroth. It links an inverter to electric motors that drive hydraulic pumps and valves, delivering current with low voltage drop. A conductor cross-section of 35 mm² permits high continuous current for the rapid load changes typical of mobile hydraulics. The conductor is stranded copper so the cable remains flexible while maintaining good conductivity. Its single-core layout simplifies routing in narrow machine channels and reduces internal capacitance. Contacts are sized at 35 mm², matching the conductor to avoid thermal bottlenecks at the terminations. Beneath the jacket, insulation made of radiation-crosslinked copolymer maintains dielectric strength at elevated temperatures produced by continuous current flow. Yellow phase identification follows code ELS-CN5*U*, allowing technicians to assign phases correctly during multi-cable harnessing.
