Open Circuit Piston Pumps

The Open Circuit Piston Pumps series is a family of variable-displacement axial piston pumps designed for open-circuit hydraulic systems used in mobile equipment. Across the series, the pumps cover displacements from 25 to 147 cm³/rev, support operating speeds up to 3600 rpm, and are rated for continuous pressures up to 310 bar with maximum pressures up to 400 bar depending on frame and configuration. The design uses a swashplate-controlled piston group, tapered roller shaft bearings, a rigid one-piece housing, and integrated control options that include pressure-compensated, load-sensing, electric, fan-drive, and electronic torque-limiting functions. The series is built for installation flexibility through multiple mounting flanges, shaft and port arrangements, through-drive capability, and optional auxiliary mounting pads for multi-circuit systems.
