The 83014882 pump is part of the Open Circuit Piston Pumps series from Danfoss and is intended for hydraulic automation circuits that rely on consistent, high-pressure flow. It displaces 100 cm³ per revolution and uses pressure compensator and load sensing control to match output to system demand. Under continuous duty the shaft can run at 2450 rpm, producing a theoretical flow of 245.0 l/min. The casing withstands working pressures up to 400 bar, while the compensator limits delivery to a 310 bar set point. For powertrains that turn left-hand, the unit is specified for counterclockwise rotation.
The allowable input speed increases to 2880 rpm for short periods, giving operators a higher flow reserve when required. The load sense circuit operates on a 20 bar differential to minimize wasted energy. Fluid enters through a 2.5 in inlet and leaves through a 1.25 in outlet, with both ports positioned radially to streamline hose routing. A SAE-BB 15-tooth auxiliary mount accepts additional pumps, and the main drive end employs a 13-tooth 8/16-pitch splined shaft. A single Viton shaft seal contains hydraulic fluid under elevated temperatures, and the assembled unit weighs 54.9 kg.
