The 83013481 piston pump is part of the Open Circuit Piston Pumps series from Danfoss and supplies hydraulic power to automated machinery. It delivers a fixed displacement of 130 cc per revolution, providing predictable flow with every turn of the drive shaft. Clockwise rotation aligns with prime movers configured for right-hand rotation. The mounting face follows the SAE-C 4-bolt flange pattern, while an SAE-A 9-tooth auxiliary flange lets an additional pump be stacked in tandem. Oil enters through a 2.5 in four-bolt split-flange inlet and exits through a 1.25 in split-flange outlet; both connections are oriented radially to simplify hose routing. SAE O-ring housing ports seal service points without metal gaskets, and a single Viton shaft seal prevents leakage between the pump case and the drive train.
Pressure-compensated control keeps system pressure near the 250 bar setting by trimming swashplate angle as load varies. Continuous operation is permitted up to 310 bar, so the pump can sustain high duty cycles in press circuits. When peak flow must be limited, an adjustable displacement limiter restricts maximum swashplate travel. A standard gain orifice regulates pilot flow to balance response and stability, and no choke orifice is fitted, allowing quicker pressure rise when demand increases. Together, these regulation elements let the pump supply consistent flow and pressure for cylinders, motors, and other open-circuit hydraulic devices.
