The 83012835 pump belongs to the Open Circuit Piston Pumps series from Danfoss and supplies controlled hydraulic flow for mobile automation systems. It moves 130 cc of fluid per revolution so a drive motor can achieve required flow with moderate speed. An E frame sizing keeps the mounting footprint consistent with other pumps in this range. The front interface is an SAE-C four-bolt flange that bolts directly to common engine or gearbox pads. The unit uses pressure-compensated, load-sensing control to maintain commanded flow while limiting energy loss. The pressure compensator is preset to 200 bar, so the pump cuts back displacement when outlet pressure reaches that level. A 20 bar load-sensing margin lets downstream valves signal flow demand without large throttle losses. Continuous duty is permitted up to 310 bar, providing reserve pressure for transient spikes. The inlet employs a four-bolt split flange with a 2.5 in opening to reduce suction restriction, while the outlet uses a four-bolt split flange with a 1.25 in passage for secure high-pressure delivery. SAE O-ring housing ports give leak-free connections for case drain and flushing lines. An SAE-BB 15-tooth auxiliary flange transmits mechanical power to an additional pump when stacked in tandem.
